Here i basically investigate the oh so famous zodiacs 340 cipher lol... So the cipher contains 20 lines of text each line containing 17 letters and in the 10th line there is lines at the start and the beginning... So maybe thats a clue lol... Also in the bottom of the page there is the zodiac symbol looks like a gun pointer we can also see that the circle is divided in to four parts so maybe this text needs to be re-arranged the four or two parts of it lol...
Here is the whole cipher and then i will post my re-arranged images... The second image is cut from the 10 th line and then
put in right side of the upper part of the cipher sorry it's only partial my computer skills are not very good lol... Now the lines are 17 letters long and so we have 9+8 so we take the whole cipher and put it in four part 9 and 8 letters long and then rearrange it in a clockwise direction starting from the upper left part... lol...
