In this page i publish some ciphers from FBI that i have solved. The Zodiac killer ciphers are in their own page the others i keep in this page.
This is their test your skills cipher using runes. It's from this page http://www.fbi.gov/news/stories/2009/may/code_052309 The cipher when cracked reads this:
You have solved a simple substitution kipher, using symbols instead of letters and a wef twists thrown in for good measure way to go!
I have also uploaded this solved cipher to vxchaos file server. I use two nicknames in there and it can be downloaded from there vxchaos.official.ws
To solve this cipher i needed the runes and their corresponding letters which can be foun from here http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Runic_alphabet
Not all the runes were the corresponding letters though and it was written backwards so thats why it had some twists in it...

I ask you all to try to solve this cipher and send your information to FBI. I am also working to solve it but it could take some weeks, months or years...
I am not sure if the Zodiac killer is still alive but i think that this might be hi's work...
